同时，新经济企业引发着资本市场的高度关注，新经济形态打破了传统的监管模式，新经济企业发展面临着各种各种的机会和挑战。

汤森路透《亚洲法律杂志》（ALB）荣幸宣布， 2020 ALB China十五佳新经济法务团队评选活动现已启动。ALB希望通过此次评选呈现十五家新经济企业法务团队及他们出色的工作，这些法务团队来自于代表着新技术、新业态、新模式等的新经济企业，他们反应迅速、创新力十足、帮助企业实现业务的快速发展，同时保证监管合规。他们的工作激荡出高质量发展的经济火花，彰显了新经济发展的巨大能量。

这将是ALB首次聚焦中国法律市场上顶尖的新经济法务团队。此次调研结果将刊登在2020年9月《亚洲法律杂志》中国版。

调研内容

• 法务团队提交报名表格，参与者需为常驻中国大陆的代表着新技术、新业态、新模式的新经济企业法务团队；
• ALB邀请律师填写一份网上问卷，推荐他们心中出色的新经济企业法务团队。问卷内容我们会为提交者保密；
• 我们会参考市场和以及同行的评价，若需要，ALB会进行采访。

 评选标准

• 企业代表的新技术、新业态、新模式及法务团队的工作在其中的贡献：
  a.参与及完成的重要交易/项目；直接为公司的发展或利润做出贡献;
  b.赢得的仲裁/诉讼，从而保护公司免遭财务或声誉损失;
  c.以创新方式深度参与公司运营，促进合规水平提升;

• 根据团队规模考察工作的多样性和复杂性;
• 公司业务部门对法务团队工作的评价；
• 其他成绩（如在教育、公益法律服务、慈善事业等方面的成绩）。

The new economy is the new driving force of China's economy development. It shows the completeness, adaptability and creativity of China's industries, making China's economy full of vitality and toughness. The significance of the new economy lies not only in its innovation from scratch, but also in its leading role in various fields of China's economic development and promoting more upgrading of China's economy from being to being excellent.

At the same time, the new economy companies  have aroused the high attention of the capital market. The new economic form has broken the traditional supervision mode, and the development of new economy companies   is facing various opportunities and challenges.

Thomson Reuters Asian Legal Business (ALB) is pleased to announce that the submission for 2020 ALB China Top 15 New Economy In-House Teams is open now. ALB hopes to present 15 outstanding legal teams from new economy companies and their amazing work. These legal teams come from new economy companies representing new technologies, new formats, new models, etc. they have rapid response, full of innovation, help enterprises achieve rapid business development, and ensure regulatory compliance. Their work has aroused the economic spark of high-quality development and demonstrated the huge energy of new economic development.

This will be the first time ALB has focused on the top new economic legal teams in the Chinese legal market. The research results will be published in ALB China Issue September.

The research will be conducted through the following aspects:

• Self-nomination forms from the new economy In-house teams which are based in mainland China. The team can fill out the submission form (as attached) and hand it in to research team at TRALB.Ranking@thomsonreuters.com.
• Private practice lawyers in China are invited to fill out a survey in which they can recommend in-house teams for the ranking. Responses will be kept anonymous.
• We will also take into account peer commentary, market feedback and ALB editorial input. Interviews will be conducted by ALB if necessary.

Some of the key qualities we are looking for are:

• New technology, new business form, new model and contribution of legal team of enterprise representatives:
  a. Participate in and complete important transactions / projects; directly contribute to the development or profits of the company;
  b. Arbitration / litigation won to protect the company from financial or reputational damage;
  c. Deeply participate in the company's operation in an innovative way to promote the level of compliance

• the diversity and complexity of the work based on the size of the team;
• Feedback of in-house team’s work from business partners
• Awards and accolades
