浩天信和律师事务所近日迎来唐利君律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京总部。加盟前，唐律师曾任京都律师事务所高级合伙人。

根据浩天信和的一份新闻稿，唐律师的执业领域为房地产与建设工程，以及争议解决与诉讼。在房地产领域，唐律师专注提供从项目投融资、土地征收、竣工验收到房地产销售等全流程法律服务；唐律师也曾代理众多民商事诉讼和仲裁案件，包括厦门航空公司与北京南钢公司、厦门东方龙公司合同纠纷案等。

这是浩天近期宣布的第三则横向招聘：3月，其北京总部刚刚迎来房地产专家夏国荣、跨境投融资专家祝维娜加盟。

Hylands snaps another real estate expert in Beijing

Beijing-based Hylands Law Firm has hired Tang Lijun as partner in its head office from King & Capital Law Firm, where he was a senior partner.

Tang specializes on real estate and construction, as well as dispute resolution. He provides full circle services in real estate projects from fundraising, land expropriation, completion acceptance to the final sales stage. He also represents clients in civil and commercial litigations and arbitrations.

This is the latest lateral appointment made by Hylands in recent months: the firm has hired real estate expert Xia Guorong and cross-border investment expert Zhu Weina in Beijing this March.
