通力律师事务所近日正式开设深圳办公室，新办公室同时迎来四位合伙人：黄海、杜梦洋、陈长红、陈骁敦，及他们带领的十余位律师团队加盟。
根据通力的一份新闻稿，这是其在中国内地的第三个、在全球范围内的第五个办公室。
黄海律师的执业领域为投融资与并购，专长于为金融机构、大型国企、上市公司、投资基金在交易筹划、风险控制与实施提供意见。他同时还担任投融资、并购及房地产领域诉讼与仲裁案件的代理律师。
杜梦洋律师和陈长红律师都是公司和商业、跨境投融资、私募股权投资/风险投资领域专家，他们同时擅长代理客户处理私募/风投领域相关纠纷与争议。
陈骁敦律师的执业领域为私募股权投资/风险投资、收购兼并、公司和商业，其服务行业包括科技、媒体、电信、大数据、人工智能、消费、文娱、医疗、新能源、物流、家居等。
通力在新闻稿中表示，深圳办公室的设立是律所拓展华南地区市场的重要举措，未来新办公室将与其2015年开设的香港办公室联动，以大湾区为核心，推动通力在华南地区业务发展，将深圳办公室打造成中国华南地区领先法律服务机构。
自2019年初“大湾区”规划纲要提出、2019年8月深圳被设立为先行示范区后，多家律所于去年进驻深圳法律服务市场。据不完全统计，2019年开设深圳分所的包括浩天信和律师事务所、瑛明律师事务所、汇业律师事务所、安理律师事务所、中闻律师事务所、西盟斯律师事务所、美国锐蒙律师事务所、博钦律师事务所，以及知识产权机构罗思。
Llinks opens in Shenzhen with hire of four partners
Llinks Law Offices has opened a new office in the South China innovation hub of Shenzhen, which is the firm’s third office in Mainland China and the fifth worldwide. It also hired four partners, Alex Huang, Candice Du, Alan Chen and Sheldon Chen, in the new office.
Huang practices on financing and M&A. He has advised on a number of onshore and offshore financing, M&A and real estate projects about transaction planning, risk control and implementation, and he also represents clients in disputes of those areas.
Meanwhile Du and Alan Chen are both experts on corporate and commerce, cross-border investment and financing, private equity and venture capital. They both represent clients on disputes arising from relevant transactions.
Sheldon Chen specializes on private equity and venture capital, M&A, and corporate and commercial related legal services, with special knowledge of TMT, big data, artificial intelligence, retail and consumer, culture and entertainment, healthcare, alternative energy, logistics and home industries.
By opening the Shenzhen office, Llinks aims to further extend its presence in South China. The Shenzhen office will work closely with Llinks’ Hong Kong office, which was established in 2015, and will facilitate diversified development in the Greater Bay Area by providing better legal services to local clients, the firm stated in one press release.
Since the issuing of the Outline Development Plan of GBA and the establishing of Shenzhen as a pilot zone in 2019, last year has seen a number of law firms venturing into the Shenzhen legal market, among which are Hylands Law Firm, Hui Ye Law Firm, Anli Partners, Zhongwen Law Firm, Chen & Co., Simmons & Simmons, Rimon Law, Perkins Coie and IP services firm Rouse.
