We are seeking a talented and dynamic corporate lawyer to join a global private equity firm's Hong Kong office. With offices across North America, Europe and Asia, you will be joining a global team to work on investments across a range of sectors. You wil lbe part of an exciting dynamic fast-paced working environment working on time-sensitive deals.
Your will be responsible for legal issues realting to the structure, formation, operation and administration of the firm's funds.
Key requirements:
- 4+ PQE including with a leading international law firm's private equity practice
- HK, SG, UK, US, ANZ bar qualification
- Business level fluency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) preferred
- Previous in house experience in the financial services sector preferred.
