普华永道全球网络成员机构北京瑞栢律师事务所近日迎来李晓蓓律师加盟，她将以中国公司法业务主管身份执业于北京。

加盟前，李律师曾在诺顿罗氏国际律师事务所工作8年，任中国TMT和金融科技团队负责人。

根据瑞栢的一份新闻稿，李律师拥有多年为中资企业、跨国企业和金融机构的大型跨境交易提供法律服务的经验。她专注于外商直接投资、并购、合资企业和对外投资业务，尤其擅长TMT、金融科技和基础设施行业，在网络安全、数据隐私保护、TMT监管合规和基础设施项目开发方面也经验丰富。

普华永道全球法律服务领导团队成员、大中华地区法律业务负责人谢立斌律师表示：“李律师加盟瑞栢，彰显了我们继续加大发展大中华区法律业务的决心。”

瑞栢于2015年初成为普华永道全球法律服务网络成员，目前拥有7名合伙人。

PwC network firm Rui Bai hires TMT, fintech head from NRF

PwC global network of firms member Beijing Rui Bai Law Firm has hired Barbara Li as the head of corporate in China. Li joined from Norton Rose Fulbright, where she worked eight years.

Li has advised international and Chinese companies and financial institutions on large scale and complex cross-border transactions. She focuses on foreign direct investments, M&A, and TMT, fintech and infrastructure.

“Barbara’s appointment demonstrates our ongoing commitment to further develop our legal capabilities in Greater China.” Joseph Tse, a member of PwC's Global Legal Leadership Team responsible for Greater China, commented in one press release.

Rui Bai became a member of PwC’s legal network in early 2015 and now has seven partners in Beijing.
