汉坤律师事务所及汉坤香港联营律师行近日迎来范向阳律师和叶汉杰律师以争议解决合伙人身份加盟，未来范律师将执业于北京办公室。

范律师加盟自大成律师事务所，他此前任该所高级顾问。加入律师行业前，他曾任最高人民法院第二巡回法庭主审法官，作为执笔人起草了多部司法解释。范律师专注于民商事争议解决，主要包括建设工程合同纠纷、房地产开发合同纠纷、公司股权纠纷、融资租赁纠纷、票据纠纷、执行异议、虚假诉讼治理等。

叶律师则加盟自美富律师事务所，他此前曾任美国温斯顿律师事务所亚太地区争议解决业务主管合伙人。叶律师主要从事法庭诉讼和仲裁等争议解决业务，在处理跨境争议和复杂商业诉讼方面有丰富经验，尤其侧重资产追索、股东争议、公司重组及合规、内部合规调查和涉及知识产权有关事项，并擅长处理美国海外反腐败法涉及的相关事宜。

汉坤于今年做出了一系列重要横向招聘：1月，争议解决专家金立宇律师，以及私募、并购专家崔磊律师分别加盟上海办公室和香港联营所，2月，税务专家袁世也律师加盟了北京办公室。

汉坤香港联营律师行目前共有6位合伙人。

Han Kun boosts dispute resolution practice with hires in Beijing and HK

Han Kun Law Offices has hired Fan Xiangyang and Adrian Yip as partners, from Dentons and Morrison Foerster, respectively. Fan will practice from the firm’s Beijing office, while Yip will be joining the firm's Hong Kong associated firm.

Fan's practice focuses on civil and commercial dispute resolution over construction engineering and real estate development contracts, corporate and financial leasing issues.  

Prior to joining Dentons, Fan was a Second Circuit Court presiding judge of the Supreme People’s Court. 

Meanwhile Yip specializes in disputes resolution and handles cross-border disputes and commercial litigation with particular focus on asset recovery, corporate restructuring and compliance, internal investigations, and disputes involving intellectual property matters.

Yip was the Asia head of was the Asia head of Winston & Strawn's litigation practice before he joined Morrison Foerster.

Han Kun made several lateral hires this year: it welcomed Denning Jin and Angela Cui in Shanghai and Hong Kong, respectively and hired Yuan Shiye in Beijing.

Han Kun's Hong Kong associated law firm now has six partners.
