自今年2月设立广州分所并迎来多名合伙人及其团队加盟后，竞天公诚律师事务所近日再迎黎丽、朱光辉、谭家悦、叶伟安四位律师以合伙人身份加盟其广州分所。

根据竞天公诚的新闻稿及网站信息，黎律师此前任君泽君律师事务所合伙人，她的主要业务领域为结构性融资与资产证券化、房地产并购、债券业务、不良资产收购与处置，曾为诸多金融机构的结构性融资、资产证券化等标准化产品等提供全流程法律服务，并参与多项具有创新价值的资产证券化项目的设立与发行。

朱律师加盟前则任广信君达律师事务所管理合伙人，他的主要业务领域包括刑事辩护及风险控制，近年来和其团队主要专注于职务犯罪以及金融犯罪领域。

谭律师是资本市场业务专家，他曾任广东环球经纬律师事务所合伙人，曾主办并参与诸多证券、投资、并购类项目，并对多家企业自创业阶段到上市挂牌阶段给予持续辅导。

叶律师则是医疗及大健康行业专家，他在加盟前曾任香港经纬集团 助理总裁兼法务总监。他的主要执业领域是跨境并购、资本市场、房地产、私募股权投资、医疗大健康、航空、合规风控等，近期为粤港澳大湾区医疗及大健康行业的科研机构、企业及投资机构提供诸多服务。

广州分所是在深圳、香港之后，竞天公诚于粤港澳大湾区布局的第三家分支机构，其目前拥有11位合伙人。

Jingtian & Gongcheng hires another four in newly launched Guangzhou office

Jingtian & Gongcheng has recruited Li Li, Aaron Zhu, Tan Jiayue and Stephen Ye as partners in its newly-launched Guangzhou office.

Li joined from JunZeJun Law Firm where she was a partner, and she focuses on structured finance and ABS, M&A in the real estate sector, bonds, and the purchase and disposal of non-performing assets. 

Meanwhile Zhu was the managing partner at Guangdong ETR Law Firm. He mainly focuses on criminal defense and risk prevention, and in recent years, he and his team have focused on the field of official crimes and financial crimes.

Tan is a capital markets expert and has extensive experiences in the fields of bonds, investment and M&A. He has advised a number of companies since the startup stages until their initial public offerings. He was an equity partner at Guangdong Global Kingway Law Firm.

And before joining the firm, Ye was general counsel at Hong Kong King Wai Group. He specializes on foreign direct investment, cross-border M&A, real property, Chinese companies' out-bound investments, private equity and corporate finance matters, with special knowledge of industries such as real property, medical and health care, energy, aviation, TMT, automobile and food & beverage.

Guangzhou is the third office of Jingtian & Gongcheng in the Greater Bay Area, after Shenzhen and Hong Kong. It now has 11 partners.
