The hiring partner practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and emerging growth and venture capital, with significant experience in the technology, health care and life sciences, outsourcing, media, telecommunications, FMCG, energy, infrastructure and resources industries.
The frim will like the associate to join their Singapore corporate team for a Q3/4 2020 start.
Qualifications
- Mainstream cross border corporate M&A with exposure to PE and VC preferable
- Mid level (4-6 PQE), although the firm will be happy to review more junior associate profiles from leading international firms were the associate can demonstate an ability to work at a class year above their current standing
- Mandarin language capability preferred but not necessary
- International firm training and experience preferred
