澄明则正律师事务所近日迎来李锐律师以高级合伙人身份加盟，他未来将来上海展开执业。

根据澄明的一份新闻稿，李律师曾以合规管理人身份，任职于私募管理公司和财富管理机构。他熟悉基金管理人设立和合规事务，在基金等资管产品募集设立、备案、投资、存续管理、退出等方面具有丰富的法律合规服务经验。

这是继本月早些时候的王绍凯律师后，澄明近日做出的第二则重要横向招聘。

澄明则正目前拥有6名合伙人。

CM hires fund expert in Shanghai

CM Law Firm has hired Li Rui as senior partner in Shanghai, which is the second lateral appointment made by the firm in July, after the hiring of partner Wang Shaokai.

According to CM, Li has worked for domestic private equity and wealth management agencies, which made him familiar with the appointments of fund managers and related compliance issues. He also has abundant experiences on handling the full lifecycles of funds and other asset management products.

With the arrival of Li, CM now has six partners.
