创新是企业增强核心竞争力的基石，企业创新离不开知识产权的有力保护。随着时代的发展，知识产权的地位已得到了历史性的提升，然而因为科技日新月异的变化，该领域也面临着新的形势，尊重而不滥用知识产权才能促进有序竞争和持续创新，知识产权律师在这一专业性极强的执业领域中进行着重要的工作。《亚洲法律杂志》（ALB）始终关注知识产权法律市场，我们将通过此排名呈现过去12个月内中国知识产权领域的顶尖律师。

每一个律师事务所最多能提名2位满足条件的知识产权律师,请律所内部协商之后用一名联系人沟通提交报名表。被提名的知识产权律师需要在过去的12个月内常驻中国大陆从事知识产权相关法律服务，中外律师不限。

评选方法:

我们将参考以下几个方面：1）执业生涯主要成就；2）过去12个月的重大成就 ；3）候选人的主要客户 ；4）候选人所获得的奖项；5）候选人口碑

最终当选的15位知识产权律师名单将刊登在2020年12月《亚洲法律杂志》中国版。

ALB is now accepting submissions for 2020 ALB China Top 15 IP Lawyers.

Innovation is the foundation for enterprises to enhance core competitiveness, innovation will not develop without the protection of intellectual property. With the progress of the times and the development of technologies, IP has been elevated to a status never seen before where new challenges are also presenting themselves. Against this focus on the IP legal market, Asian Legal Business (“ALB”) is committed to identifying excellent IP lawyers who are playing an increasingly indispensable role of the past 12 months.

One firm can nominate at most TWO lawyers who had outstanding achievement in the IP area, candidates can be of any nationality, but need to be based in mainland China during the past 12 months.

Methodology:

The list will be chosen on the basis of a combination of the following: 1) significant achievements; 2) important cases and work in the past 12 months; 3) clients the candidate has acted for; 4)significant accolades the candidate has received for work in the form of public recognition, awards etc; 5) client and colleague feedback.

The list of 2020 ALB China Top 15 IP Lawyers will be published in ALB China’s December 2020 issue.
