总部位于北京的精品所卓纬律师事务所近日迎来张宗伟律师以合伙人身份加盟。

根据卓纬的一份新闻稿，张律师是争议解决专家，曾在北京市通州区法院工作多年，还先后就职于中铁物资及北京产权交易所法律部，主要负责处理公司诉讼事宜，包括融资性贸易纠纷、股权转让纠纷及期货纠纷等商事案件，熟悉公司纠纷及业务风控。

根据卓纬网站，张律师加盟后，该所目前共有21名合伙人。

Chance Bridge hires dispute resolution expert in Beijing

Boutique firm Chance Bridge Partners has hired Zhang Zongwei as partner in its Beijing head office.

Zhang is a dispute resolution expert. He has worked as a judge in a local people’s court in Beijing for many years, before moving in-house to China Railway Materials Commercial Corp and Beijing Equity Exchange, successively, handling dispute matters in the areas of trade finance, equity exchange and futures. 

According to Chance Bridge’s website, with the arrival of Zhang, it now has twenty-one partners.
