精品所方旭律师事务所近日迎来彭乔、傅颂雅、Art Dicker加盟其上海办公室。彭律师以合伙人身份加盟，傅律师和Dicker则担任律所主管。

方旭律师事务所成立于2010年，总部位于上海，为跨国公司在中国的业务提供支持。方旭的主要业务领域包括公司、投资、商务、合规、就业、知识产权、税务合规和争议解决。

彭律师此前担任制药公司阿斯利康全球合规官，在跨国企业合规、白领犯罪和诉讼等业务领域具有丰富经验。彭律师还曾执业于金杜律师事务所、君合律师事务所和西盟斯律师事务所。

傅律师是中国大陆和中国香港地区金融领域的专家，曾为金融机构和跨国企业在这些司法辖区的业务提供监管方面的法律意见，并主导过涉及多个行业的并购和合资交易。在加入方旭之前，傅律师曾在年利达律师事务所担任合伙人。

Dicker主要从事中美风险投融资和跨境并购业务，在帮助在华美国企业处理并购与企业事务等方面具有丰富经验，熟悉科技、制造业和消费品行业。加入方旭前，Dicker曾担任Cadence Design Systems亚太地区总法律顾问。他还曾执业于美富律师事务所，担任高级顾问。

此前，方旭在今年早些时候还将本所知识产权及商事律师雷昰婧晋升为合伙人；此次三位律师加入后，方旭在上海办公室目前共有六位合伙人和三位主管。

Boutique law firm R&P hires trio in Shanghai

Shanghai boutique R&P China Lawyers has hired Alice (Qiao) Peng, Annabella Fu and Art Dicker from AstraZeneca, Linklaters and Cadence Design Systems, respectively. 

Peng joins as a partner, while Fu and Dicker come on board as directors.

Founded in 2010, R&P is a foreign-oriented PRC law firm. Its core practice areas include corporate, investment, commercial, compliance, employment, IP, tax compliance and dispute resolution.

Peng, who was the global compliance director at pharma giant AstraZeneca, also specializes in white-collar crime, litigation, commercial bribery and FCPA. She previously worked with KWM, JunHe and Simmons & Simmons.

Fu, who was earlier a partner at Linklaters focuses on financial and regulatory matters in the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong, advising financial institutions and other multinational corporates.

Meanwhile, Dicker specializes in M&A and corporate matters for U.S. multinationals, especially technology, manufacturing and consumer goods companies operating in China. He was Asia Pacific general counsel at Cadence, and before that, a senior associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Beijing office.

Earlier this year, R&P promoted IP and commercial lawyer Victoria Lei to the partnership. The firm now has six partners and three directors in Shanghai.
