近日，天达共和律师事务所多地办公室迎来合伙人加盟：武汉办公室迎来张瑞君与邹娟娟律师；杭州办公室迎来毛晨光律师；成都办公室则迎来高金林、陈宇、姚轼、钟乾敏以及周雪梅律师。
张瑞君律师此前在中伦（武汉）律师事务所担任授薪合伙人，专注于境内外房地产和建设工程项目全流程、投融资及争议解决领域的法律服务。张律师曾为多家大型国有企业和境内外上市公司在境内的建设工程项目提供全流程法律服务及诉讼代理服务。
邹娟娟律师是房地产与建筑工程、争议解决和基础设施及项目融资等领域的专家，加入天达共和前，在湖北山河律师事务所担任合伙人。邹律师曾为房地产、建筑工程企业、酒店、金融等多家大中型企业、事业单位提供法律服务，擅长代理刑事及民事诉讼案件，对新三板挂牌交易、企业并购等非诉讼事务也有丰富的企业法律实务经验。
张律师与邹律师加盟后，天达共和武汉办公室目前共有16位合伙人。
毛晨光律师曾在浙江泽大律师事务所执业，在房地产并购和投融资业务领域，尤其对工业、商业地产收购等拥有丰富经验，为全国性科技城开发运营商提供长期服务，主办过省重点工程综合项目转让。同时，毛律师还擅长以公司诉讼为主的商事争议解决。
毛律师加盟后，天达共和杭州办公室目前共有11位合伙人。
高金林律师此前在四川元绪律师事务所担任合伙人、执行主任。加入天达共和后，将以合伙人、成都办公室负责人身份展开执业。高律师专注于公司业务、基础设施及项目融资、政府法律事务，从业以来先后担任过百余家企事业单位和政府机构的常年法律顾问，或提供过专项法律服务。熟悉民商事争议解决业务，主攻现代公司治理、合规、风控法律服务。近年专注于文创旅创项目建设运营、基础设施和项目融资、特许经营项目等。高律师还曾在四川中一律师事务所、泰和泰律师事务所执业。
陈宇律师专注于争议解决、公司业务、互联网科技及相关领域，此前在四川良讼律师事务所执业。陈律师在争议解决领域具有丰富的经验，代理过多宗具有重大影响的民商事诉讼案件。
姚轼律师加入天达共和之前执业于四川方舟达律师事务所。他的业务领域覆盖公司法律业务，公司治理、收购与兼并、投融资、交易架构设计、资产债务重组、破产重整及其他重大诉讼及非诉专项法律事务。
钟乾敏律师此前在四川经纬通律师事务所执业，其专业领域包括公司业务、破产与重组、争议解决。钟律师对刑事、民事、行政各种类型案件均有丰富的办案经验，并专注于公司法律事务，擅长处理各种公司法律事务，为公司设立、股权设计、并购重组提供解决方案。
周雪梅曾在四川公生明律师事务所担任副主任及合伙人。周律师专注于公司法律事务、银行与金融法律事务、建筑与房地产事务及相关领域。她曾为多个政府部门、国有企事业单位、私营企业提供常年法律顾问服务，在公司法律事务、银行与金融、建筑与房地产方面有丰富的诉讼与仲裁经验，并提供有关公司治理、银行与金融、建筑房地产等领域的专项法律服务。
天达共和成都办公室目前共有五位合伙人。
East & Concord adds partners in Wuhan, Hangzhou, Chengdu
East & Concord Law Firm has hired the following partners: Zhang Ruijun and Zou Juanjuan in Wuhan; Mao Chenguang in Hangzhou; and Gao Jinlin, Chen Yu, Yao Shi, Zhong Qianmin and Zhou Xuemei in Chengdu.
Zhang was earlier a salaried partner at Zhonglun (Wu Han) Law Firm. He focuses on domestic and foreign real estate, construction projects, investment and finance, as well as dispute resolution. Zhang’s clients include state-owned enterprises and domestic and foreign listed companies.
Zou, previously a partner at Hubei S&H Law Firm, is an expert in real estate, construction, dispute resolution, infrastructure and project financing. Zou has provided legal services in sectors like real estate, construction, hotels and finance. She also has experience in criminal and civil litigation cases, and transactions like IPOs and M&A.
The additions of Zhang and Zou’s take East & Concord’s Wuhan office to 16 partners.
Prior to joining East & Concord, Mao practiced at Zhejiang Zeda Law Firm. He has experience in M&A, investment and finance projects in industrial and commercial real estate. Mao also has expertise in commercial dispute resolution.
After bringing in Mao, East & Concord’s Hangzhou office now has 11 partners.
Gao was earlier a partner and executive director at Sichuan Yuanxu Law Firm. Specialising in corporate, infrastructure and project financing, and government legal affairs, Gao’s clients include companies and governments. He previously worked at Zhongyi Law Office’s Sichuan branch and Tahota Law Firm.
Chen, who previously practiced at Sichuan Liangsong Law Firm, has expertise in dispute resolution, corporate and Internet technologies. Chen has handled civil and commercial litigation cases.
Yao practiced at Sichuan Fangzhouda Law Firm before joining East & Concord. His practice areas include corporate, M&A, investment and finance, contract drafting, asset and debt restructuring and bankruptcy.
Zhong previously practiced at Sichuan Jingweitong Law Firm. His practices areas including corporate, bankruptcy and restructuring and dispute resolution. Zhong has expertise in company establishment, equity design, M&A and restructuring.
Zhou was earlier a partner and deputy director at Sichuan Gongshengming Law Firm. She focuses on corporate, banking and finance, construction and real estate. Zhou has provided legal services to multiple government authorities, state-owned institutions and private companies.
East & Concord’s Chengdu office now has five partners.
