汉坤律师事务所近日迎来方榕律师加盟北京办公室，此前，方律师执业于金杜律师事务所。

方律师是不动产投资融资领域的专家，主要执业领域为房地产和基础设施，包括不动产金融以及常规的并购投资、PPP、特许经营和项目融资、地产基金、片区开发、大宗交易等。方律师曾牵头负责大量类REITs、CMBS/CMBN项目的设立、发行与退出工作。方律师同时还是财政部PPP专家，参与了我国多项PPP、特许经营政策法规的制订工作。

这是汉坤北京办公室继今年6月迎来争议解决合伙人范向阳律师、8月迎来争议解决合伙人尤杨律师后的又一项重要横向招聘。

Han Kun hires real estate partner in Beijing from KWM

Han Kun Law Offices has hired real estate expert Fang Rong as a partner in Beijing from King & Wood Mallesons.

Fang is an expert in real estate investment and financing. Her practice focuses on real estate and infrastructure, including real estate financing, regular acquisition investment, public-private partnerships (PPP), franchise and project financings, real estate funds, area development, and block trading. Fang has led on single-type REITs and CMBS/CMBN projects in respect of their establishment, issuances and exits. 

Fang also serves as a PPP expert for the Ministry of Finance, involved in the legislative work of multiple PPP- and franchise-related policies and regulations in China.

Han Kun’s Beijing office also hired dispute resolution partners Fan Xiangyang and You Yang in June and August, respectively.
