近日，植德律师事务所迎来知识产权专家马成龙律师和劳动人事专家李明律师作为合伙人加入上海办公室。

马律师在TMT、医药健康行业有着丰富经验，曾为多家国内外医药公司、影视传媒公司提供常年法律顾问和合规服务，并为多家跨国娱乐公司提供知识产权和商事相关的诉讼及非诉服务，包括代理客户解决商事争议，设计在中国的知识产权保护方案，为多家跨国公司提供在中国的知识产权维权策略咨询服务。

李律师在劳动人事法律领域拥有丰富的经验，擅长处理公司高管合同解除纠纷、大型集体争议案件、股权激励纠纷和竞业限制案件，并在大型的并购重组项目中处理劳动法律事务等。此外，李律师在争议解决方面也具备相当的经验，擅长融资租赁及保理类争议（包括执行）和商业秘密侵权案件的处理，曾为多家金融机构提供信托、资产证券化和并购方面的法律服务。

这是继植德上海办公室8月迎来争议解决合伙人张国豪律师后的又一项重大横向招聘。目前植德上海办公室共有11位合伙人。

Merits & Tree welcomes partners in Shanghai

Merits & Tree has added intellectual property expert Ma Chenglong and human resources specialist Li Ming as partners in Shanghai. 

Ma’s areas of expertise include TMT as well as medical and health. He has advised domestic and foreign medical companies and film/television companies, and also provided litigation and non-litigation legal services in regard of intellectual property for many multinational entertainment companies. 

Li is an expert in human resources and labour relations. He has represented clients on labour disputes, especially in the cases of termination of corporate executives, large-scale collective disputes, equity incentive and competition restriction. He has also dealt with labour issues in large M&As and re-organizations. Li additionally has experience in dispute resolution related to financial leasing, factoring dispute including enforcement, and trade secret infringement disputes.

In August Merits & Tree’s Shanghai office hired dispute resolution partner Zhang Guohao. The office now has 11 partners.
