Mr. Firmansyah is the Managing Partner of FKNK Law Firm. He was previously working with a reputable litigation Law Firm for more than 5 (five) years. As a member of the senior litigation team, he gained firsthand insights into the broad range issues which confront business/commercial dispute and the importance of tailoring timely, cost effective and pragmatic legal solutions through amicable or out of court settlement. On the other side, He has the ability and knowledge to successfully conduct court proceedings and dispute resolution on behalf of a wide range clients from large companies to smaller business and individuals.

He obtained the Bachelor of Law Degree from the Faculty of Law, majoring in Civil Law at the Parahyangan University prior to obtained his Master Degree of Law from Padjajaran University. On 2010 he has been recognized by Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) as an advocate and he also holds a Receiver and Administrator (Kurator dan Pengurus) license that is acquired from the Association of Indonesian Receiver and Administrator (AKPI). He has been appointed as a committee of Government Relation by Indonesian Advocate Association (AAI) on 2017. He also involved in AAI the South Jakarta Branch Office as committee of Education Divison.

He has a broad exposure in handling major and complex litigation cases, including commercial dispute, bankruptcy cases, land and property, complex civil disputes, general corporate, and criminal proceeding.
