万商天勤律师事务所海口办公室和南京办公室均已通过当地省司法厅审批，分别成为万商天勤在全国范围内设立的第九家和第十家分支机构。

万商天勤海口和南京办公室的业务范围包括公司及资本市场、银行与金融、私募基金与投资并购、知识产权、国际业务、房地产、建筑工程与基础设施、争议解决、刑事合规和辩护、政府事务等专业领域。

两处分所的设立对万商天勤均具有重要战略意义。万商天勤表示，海口办公室的设立标志万商天勤在全国布局和全球化发展战略上又迈出了关键的一步；而南京办公室则使得万商天勤以上海为中心的长三角法律服务网络进一步完善。

V&T sets up Haikou and Nanjing offices

V&T Law Firm has set up its Haikou office and Nanjing office, respectively, becoming its ninth and tenth branch in China.

The two branches’ business areas include corporate and capital market, banking and finance, private equity and investment M&As, intellectual property, international business, real estate, construction engineering and infrastructure, dispute resolution, criminal compliance and defence, government affairs.

The two branches have strategic significance to V&T, which says that the establishment of its Haikou office marked that V&T has made another key step in the national layout and globalization development, while the Nanjing office has further improved its Yangtze River Delta legal service network centered in Shanghai.
