世泽律师事务所近日迎来专利业务专家寇海侠律师以合伙人身份加盟北京办公室。此前，寇律师在三聚阳光知识产权集团担任法律诉讼部副经理。

寇律师具有法学博士学位，是中国和美国纽约州的执业律师。寇律师的主要擅长领域包括专利撰写、专利分析、海外专利预警和知识产权争议解决等业务。寇律师参与过包括汉王科技与日本Wacom专利侵权和无效诉讼系列案在内的多起具有影响力的涉外专利争议解决案件。

寇律师的加盟是世泽今年的一项重要横向招聘。世泽在一份新闻稿中称，寇律师的加盟进一步加强了世泽在知识产权业务领域的综合实力。

Broad & Bright welcomes patent partner in Beijing

Broad & Bright Law Firm has hired patent expert Kou Haixia to join its Beijing office as a partner. Prior to joining Broad & Bright, Kou was the vice-manager of legal litigation department at Sunshine Intellectual Property Group.

Kou, who holds a PhD degree in Law, is a practicing lawyer in China and the State of New York. Kou has expertise in patent writing, patent analysis, overseas patent early warning and intellectual property (IP) dispute resolution. She has dealt with a number of influential foreign patent dispute resolution cases, including a series of patent infringement and invalidation lawsuits between Hanwang Technology and Wacom.

The addition of Kou is an important lateral hiring by Broad & Bright, according to which, her joining further strengthens Broad & Bright’s comprehensive capabilities in intellectual property.
