思朴知识产权代理近日迎来商标业务专家Christopher Smith以合伙人身份加盟。Christopher Smith将在中国和英国两地展开执业。此前，他在贝克·麦坚时国际律师事务所担任顾问。

Christopher Smith是中国知识产权业务专家，在商标注册、域名争议解决、反不正当竞争等业务领域具有丰富经验。在加入思朴前，他在北京和香港有25年的执业经验，曾代理多个跨国企业处理知识产权业务，涉及电子消费品、软件、玩具、媒体娱乐等多个行业。

思朴成立于2012年，总部位于香港，并在北京和上海设立办公室，共有70多名法律专业人员。思朴为大中华地区的跨国公司和中小企业提供商标、专利、版权的注册、执行和许可等知识产权相关法律服务。

Christopher Smith加盟后，思朴共有五位合伙人。

IP agency SIPS adds trademark partner

IP agency Simone Intellectual Property Services (SIPS) has hired trademark expert Christopher Smith as a partner, who will split his practice in China and the UK. Prior to joining SIPS, Smith was a consultant in Baker McKenzie. 

Christopher Smith advises on a wide range of intellectual property matters in China, with extensive experience in the field for trademark prosecution work. In his 25-year experience in Beijing and Hong Kong, Smith has represented a number of multinational enterprises in various industries including consumer electronics, computer software, toys, media and entertainment.

Established in 2012, the HK-headquartered SIPS has offices in Beijing and Shanghai. With over 70 lawyers, SIPS helps multinational enterprises and small and medium enterprises in managing their IP portfolios, including registration, enforcement and licensing of trademarks, copyrights and patents.

After adding Smith, SIPS now has five partners.
