君合近日迎来张珂博士以合伙人身份加盟北京办公室。张博士是资本市场、公司合并购领域的专家，加入君合前，她担任美国礼德律师事务所公司事务组合伙人。

张律师在公司事务，尤其是境外资本市场领域拥有丰富的执业经验，多次在境外首次公开发行项目中为发行人和承销商提供法律意见。此外，张律师还协助多家中国企业完成一系列并购、投资和私募股权融资项目。

张律师的加盟是君合2021年开年以来的首项重要招聘。

JunHe adds capital market partner in Beijing from Reed Smith

JunHe has hired Dr. Zhang Ke as a partner in its Beijing office. Dr. Zhang, whose practice focuses on capital markets, corporate and M&A, was a partner in the Corporate Group of Reed Smith before joining JunHe. 

Zhang has extensive experience in corporate affairs, especially in capital markets and she has represented issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings. She has also advised Chinese companies in their M&As, investments and private equity financing deals, as well as offshore corporate structuring.

This is JunHe’s first important lateral hiring in 2021.
