竞天公诚律师事务所近日迎来赵博嘉律师、赵玉来律师和李昕倩律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。
赵博嘉律师的主要执业领域为投融资、并购、资本市场,涉及包括医疗、TMT、媒体及文化、矿业、能源、房地产等在内的多个领域。在医疗健康领域,赵律师特别擅长于医药、器械、IVD、医疗服务、互联网医疗等方面的投融资、并购和境内外上市业务。加盟竞天公诚前,赵博嘉律师在环球律师事务所担任合伙人。她还曾执业于嘉源律师事务所和君合律师事务所。
赵玉来律师的主要执业领域为人力资源法律。此前,他在阿里巴巴集团担任高级法律顾问,并曾在上海江三角律师事务所北京分所担任合伙人。赵玉来律师长期为阿里、蚂蚁、菜鸟及其经济体公司提供人力资源法律服务,在人力资源合规审计、规章制度、竞业限制、股权激励、商业秘密、裁员减员、灵活用工、电子签名等诸多领域积累了丰富的经验。
李昕倩律师主要从事金融、公司等领域的诉讼和仲裁。加盟竞天公诚之前,她曾执业于金杜律师事务所和中伦律师事务所。在金融纠纷领域,李律师曾为多个境内外金融机构就银行金融、信托、基金、债券、金融衍生品等提供法律意见;在公司诉讼领域,李律师在上市公司违规担保、公司控制权争议等领域为客户提供法律服务,并协助企业处理因股权投资、上市公司股权激励等引发的纠纷案件。

Jingtian strengthens Beijing HQ with three partners
Jingtian & Gongcheng has hired Zhao Bojia, Zhao Yulai and Li Xinqian as partners in its Beijing office.
Zhao Bojia’s main practice areas include investment and finance, M&A, capital market, involving industries like medicine, TMT, media and culture, mining, energy and real estate. Prior to joining Jingtian, Zhao Bojia was a partner at Global Law Office. She had also worked in Jia Yuan Law Offices and JunHe.
Zhao Yulai has expertise in labour law. He was previously a senior legal counsel at Alibaba Group, and had been a partner at the Beijing office of River Delta Law Firm. Zhao Yulai has advised a number of companies including Alibaba and Ant Group on human resource legal matters, accumulating extensive experience in human resource compliance, company regulation, competitive restriction, equity-based incentives, business secret, redundancy, flexible staffing and e-signature.
Li Xinqian joined Jingtian from King & Wood Mallesons and Zhong Lun Law Firm. She focuses on litigation and arbitration in finance and corporate, where she has advised multiple domestic and foreign financial institutes, listed companies and enterprises.
Jingtian says in a statement: “The addition of the three partners will further strengthen Jingtian’s comprehensive power in related areas, and meanwhile better satisfy our clients’ constantly changing needs during their development.”
