兰台律师事务所近日迎来商事合规专家傅前明律师，以高级合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。加盟兰台前，傅律师执业于北京市方正律师事务所。

傅律师擅长处理重大非诉服务项目和疑难复杂案件，并具备司法部门和企业法务相关工作经验。傅律师具有中国政法大学国际环境法专业博士学位，并在近十多年来聚焦于生态环保法律服务领域，是目前国内为数甚少的专业环保律师之一，在环境资源与能源、建设工程与基础设施、绿色金融、商事合规、环境诉讼等细分领域经验丰富。

这是继兰台北京办公室今年1月份迎来高级合伙人刘亚飞律师后的又一起重要招聘。

Lantai strengthens environment and energy practice by adding partner in Beijing

Lantai Partners has hired commercial compliance expert Fu Qianming as a senior partner in its Beijing office from Beijing Fangzheng Law Office.

With experience in judicial departments and as corporate legal counsel, Fu has expertise in both complex non-litigation and litigation cases. Fu holds an LLD degree in International Environment Law at China University of Political Science and Law, and has been focusing on ecological and environmental protection legal services over the last decade. As one of the few lawyers in this area in China, Fu has extensive experience in environmental resources and energy, construction engineering and infrastructure, green finance, commercial compliance and environmental litigation.

This is another important hiring by Lantai’s Beijing office since adding senior partner Liu Yafei in January.
