科律律师事务所近日迎来生物医药业务资深律师刘毅铭以全球资本市场业务合伙人身份加盟上海办公室。此前，刘律师执业于美迈斯律师事务所上海办公室。

刘律师在生物科技和生命科学企业上市业务领域具有丰富经验，已帮助多家中国医药企业完成香港上市。在加入美迈斯之前，刘律师还在世达律师事务所上海办公室中国资本市场与并购部门执业。加入科律后，刘律师将加入由香港办公室合伙人蔡华律师领导的中国资本市场业务部。

这是科律2021年在国内的第一项重要招聘。

Cooley adds biotech partner in Shanghai

Cooley has hired Yiming Liu as a partner in Shanghai from O’Melveny & Myers, where he was a counsel.

Liu has expertise in biotech and life science listing and deals. He has advised a number of Chinese biopharmaceutical companies’ Hong Kong listing. Prior to joining O’Melveny, Liu practiced in the capital markets and M&A group in the Shanghai office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. At Cooley, Liu will join a China capital market practice led by Hong Kong partner Will Cai. 

This is Cooley’s first important hire in China in 2021.
