其礼律师事务所近日迎来Rosie Ng以全球保险部门合伙人的身份加盟其香港办公室。加盟其礼前，吴律师在霍尔曼芬威克威律师事务所（HFW）担任顾问。

继来自英国安睿顺德伦律师事务所的Rachael Shek和孖士打律师事务所的Stuart Miller之后，吴律师是该所在不到一个月的时间里招聘的第三位香港合伙人。

吴律师主要提供董事及高管的保险索赔、专业赔偿、商业犯罪、忠诚度、雇佣和产品责任、保险监管和政策措辞，以及产品开发等领域的法律服务。

吴律师的加入使其礼香港办公室的合伙人人数达到13人。

Clyde hires third partner in HK in less than a month

Clyde & Co has hired Rosie Ng as a partner in the firm’s global insurance group in Hong Kong from HFW, where she was a consultant.

Ng is the firm’s third partner hire in Hong Kong in less a month following the additions of Rachael Shek  from Eversheds Sutherland and Stuart Miller from Mayer Brown.

Ng focuses on director and officers insurance claims, professional indemnity, commercial crime, fidelity, employment practice and product liability, insurance regulatory and policy wordings, and product development.

Her hire takes the number of partners at Clyde’s Hong Kong office to 13.
