国枫律师事务所近日迎来刘华英、况皓、陈沈峰、张惠琳律师以合伙人身份加盟上海办公室，以及刘逃生律师以合伙人身份加盟深圳办公室。

刘华英律师专注于刑事辩护与刑事合规领域，擅长经济犯罪、职务犯罪的刑事辩护。执业20年来，她成功办理了多起重大疑难复杂刑事案件，其中多起案例在全国具有一定影响力。

况律师在保险、房地产及银行金融法律服务领域具有丰富的从业经验，曾为多家知名保险公司、房地产投资基金提供常年法律服务。

陈律师曾在上海税务系统担任征管、稽查、监察岗位，具有丰富的法财税实践经验。陈律师专注于法税同审，法财税一站式服务，擅长税务筹划、涉税案件稽查应对、税务行政复议和行政诉讼、涉税案件刑事诉讼。

张律师此前执业于上海市锦天城律师事务所。她长期从事外商投资、公司改制上市、新三板挂牌、并购重组、私募股权投资、基金、信托、房地产与建设工程等领域法律服务，具有丰富的非诉讼及争议解决法律服务经验。

刘逃生律师专注于证券与资本市场、境内外上市、企业并购及融资、私募基金等业务，曾为多家企业提供与并购重组、股票发行与上市等相关的法律服务，涉及科技、制药、食品、环保等多个行业。

这是国枫今年来的第一批重要招聘。

Grandway welcomes partners in Shanghai and Shenzhen

Grandway Law Offices has hired partners Huaying Liu, Hao Kuang, Shenfeng Chen and Huilin Zhang in its Shanghai office, with partner Taosheng Liu joining its Shenzhen office.

Huaying Liu focuses on criminal defence and compliance, with expertise in defence of economic crimes and duty-related crimes. She has successfully dealt with a number of major and complex criminal cases, some of which has national influence.

Kuang has extensive experience in insurance, real-estate and bank and finance. He has provided long-term legal services for a number of well-known insurance companies and real-estate companies in their investment fund projects.

Chen focuses on the same trial of law and tax, and one-stop service of law, finance and tax. He is good at tax planning, tax case inspection and response, tax administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation, and criminal litigation of tax cases.

Zhang practiced at AllBright Law Offices before joining Grandway. She has expertise in foreign investment, corporate restructuring and listing, NEEQ listing, mergers and acquisitions (M&As), private equity investment, funds, trusts, real estate and construction projects.

Taosheng Liu’s practice mainly focuses on capital market, domestic and overseas IPO, M&A and private equity. He has advised a number of companies, involving technology, pharmaceutical, food, environmental protection and other industries.

This is Grandway’s first batch of important hiring in 2021.
