己任律师事务所近日迎来环境能源业务资深律师曹彩丹以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。此前，曹律师在金诺律师事务所担任合伙人兼北京办公室主任。

曹律师在能源和环境法律政策合规、能源项目开发、建设、并购与投融资、气候变化与绿色金融、环境诉讼、能源诉讼以及国际能源合作方面均具有丰富的经验。尤其在新能源领域，她专注于从事旨在促进可再生能源产业发展的法律工作。多年来，曹律师为国内及跨国能源公司、制造型企业、高科技企业、投资机构及国际组织提供专业法律服务。

这是己任北京办公室今年来的第一起重要横向招聘。

GEN Law adds partner in Beijing

GEN Law Firm has hired Caidan Cao, an expert in environmental energy, as a partner in its Beijing office from Winners Law Firm, where Cao was a partner and head of its Beijing office.

Cao has extensive experience in energy and environmental compliance, development, construction, M&A and investment and finance of energy projects, climate change and green finance, environment litigation, energy litigation and international energy cooperation. With expertise in new energy area, she focuses on recyclable energies development. Cao has advised a wide range of organizations including domestic and multinational energy companies, manufacturers, high technology enterprises, investment institutes and international organization.

This is GEN’s first important lateral hiring in Beijing this year.
