经过近3个月的严谨调研，《亚洲法律杂志》于日前公布了SSQ二零二一年ALB中国法律大奖入围名单。
今年的中国法律大奖共设47个奖项，涵盖众多法律业务领域，其中包括交易类奖项6个，法务类奖项9个，律所类奖项29个，以及个人类奖项3个。大奖吸引了超过200家律师事务所以及企业法务团队参与，共计1400余项提名。
今年法律大奖的调研区间从2020年1月1日起，到2020年12月31日结束，在这特殊的366天中，中国法律人经历了疫情封锁、宏观经济呈现U型曲线、变动频繁的监管环境，以及扑朔迷离的地缘政治关系，但仍旧交上了一份优异的答卷。
值得一提的是，为更好地反映市场变化，今年的中国法律大奖新设三个新奖项。法务类奖项中新设“年度医疗健康和制药法务组大奖”；律所类奖项中则新设“年度资本市场律师事务所大奖-本土/海外”，以及“年度科技、媒体与电信律师事务所大奖”。三个新奖项也收到了诸多提名申请。
除新设奖项外，其他法律大奖的经典奖项也反射了国民经济中诸多高光时刻，其中包含了多个2020年中国经济领域的“第一”和“最强”，也包含了当下市场的热门趋势，甚至反映了中国在未来几年内的航行方向。

ALB reveals finalists of the 18th annual SSQ ALB Law Awards 2021
After nearly three months of rigorous research, Asian Legal Business is pleased to announce the nominations of SSQ ALB China Law Awards 2021. This year, the Awards received more than 1400 nominations from more than 200 law firms and in-houses teams, covering multiple practice areas of China legal market and are competed in 47 categories.
In the past eighteen years, ALB China Law Awards has been endeavoring to keep record of and respond to the rapid changes in both China’s economic landscape and legal industry. Bearing this in mind, this year, we’ve added three new award categories to better reflect the changes of legal market in the past year.
One new award, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical In-House Team of the Year, made its ways into this year’s in-house category. Meanwhile, this year also sees the coming of two new firm award categories, namely Capital Markets Law Firm of the Year – Domestic/Overseas, and Technology, Media and Telecommunications Law Firm of the Year.
Apart from these new categories, other classical categories in the Awards continue to reflect all the highlight moments, market innovations, as well as nation-level strategies of China in the past year.
