王律师在反垄断合规、经营者集中申报、反垄断调查及反垄断诉讼等领域拥有十年以上的丰富经验，擅长处理重大、复杂案件，成功代理过多项具有较大影响力的反垄断案件，并为客户提供合规法律意见和策略指导。

CM Law adds anti-monopoly partner from T&D Associates

Shanghai-headquartered CM Law has hired Wang Wenrui, an anti-monopoly expert, as a senior partner in its Beijing office from T&D Associates.

Wang has over ten years’ experience in anti-monopoly compliance, declaration of concentration of business operators, anti-monopoly investigation and litigation.

CM said in a statement: “The joining of Wang makes up an important link for the ‘whole ecology’ and ‘whole chain’ legal services provided by CM.”

Founded in 2018, CM Law has 50 lawyers including eight partners.
