浩天信和律师事务所近日迎来郭远程律师以高级合伙人身份加盟。郭律师是并购、私募股权、生命健康领域的专家，此前，他在京师律师事务所担任合伙人。

郭律师在境内外私募股权及风险投资、跨境收购与兼并、外商直接投资等领域具有丰富的经验。他曾代表诸多TMT、智能硬件、教育、医疗、互联网安全等领域的企业完成境内外融资、股权投资、境内外并购及合作项目。

这是浩天信和今年的第一起重要横向招聘。

Hylands adds M&A partner from Jingsh

Hylands Law Firm has hired Guo Yuancheng as a senior partner from Jingsh Law Firm, where he was a partner.

Guo has experience in domestic and foreign private equity, cross-border M&A and foreign direct investment. He has represented clients in areas such as domestic and foreign finance and investment, private equity projects, M&A deals and cooperation projects, involving industries like TMT, education, healthcare and cybersecurity. 

This is Hylands’ first partner-level lateral hire in 2021. According to the ALB China Top 30 Largest Law Firms 2021 list, it is the 14th largest domestic law firm in China, with more than 1,000 lawyers across 27 offices.
