京东物流集团成立于2017年，是中国领先的技术驱动的供应链解决方案及物流服务商。其母公司京东集团是中国线上线下最大的零售集团，于2014年在纳斯达克上市，并于2020年6月在香港完成二次上市。
世达团队由合伙人高准、王鹏、杜枢律师牵头领导。

Skadden, Cleary lead on Chinese logistics provider jDL’s $3.2bln IPO in Hong Kong
Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Shihui Partners have advised China’s leading logistics provider JD Logistics (jDL) on its $3.2 billion IPO in Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton (Hong Kong) and Han Kun Law Offices advising the joint underwriters.
Established in 2017, jDL is a high-technology-driven supply chain solutions and logistics services provider. It is a subsidiary of JD.com, which was listed on Nasdaq in 2014 and later completed its secondary listing in Hong Kong in 2020.
The Skadden team was led by partners Julie Gao, Paloma Wang and Shu Du. Maples and Calder (Hong Kong) was the issuer’s offshore lawyer.
The joint underwriters were BofA Securities, Goldman Sachs and Haitong International.
