北京市律协和上海律师代表大会近日发布了2020年京沪律所及律师数据。截至2020年底，北京共有律师事务所2887家，律师3.7万余人；上海共有律所1709家，律师3.1万余人，与上一年度相比均呈现增长。
北京律所中，规模排名第一的为京师律师事务所，律师人数为1291人，比上一年增长554人；盈科律师事务所排名第二，总人数为729人；大成律师事务所、德恒律师事务所、中伦律师事务所分别排名第三、四、五位。
此外，中闻律师事务所排名第六，但过去一年人数增长达220人。
过去几年中规模增长最快的五家北京律所则为：冠领律师事务所、云亭律师事务所、公衡律师事务所、永勤律师事务所、卓纬律师事务所。
上海律所中，去年在境外设有分所的为26家，同比增长13.04%。此外，2020年上海律师行业总创收同比增长7.12%，其中创收10亿元以上的律所4家，创收1亿元以上律所51家。
Big data show fast growth of the legal sector in Beijing, Shanghai
Beijing and Shanghai’s lawyers’ associations have recently released the big data of the legal sector of the past year. By the end of 2020, Beijing altogether had 2887 law firms and over 37000 lawyers, meanwhile Shanghai had 1709 firms with over 31000 lawyers.
Among Beijing-headquartered law firms, in terms of scale, Jingsh Law Firm ranked first with 1291 lawyers; Yingke Law Firm came in second place with 729 lawyers. Dentons China, DeHeng Law Offices and Zhong Lun Law Firm ranked third, fourth and fifth, respectively.
Zhongwen Law Firm came at sixth but saw an increase of 220 lawyers in the past year.
And the top five fastest growing firms were Guanling Law Firm, Yunting Law Firm, Gongheng Law Firm, Yongqin Law Firm, and Chance Bridge Partners.
In Shanghai, there were 26 firms with overseas offices in 2020, seeing a 13.04 percent year-on-year increase. Meanwhile, Shanghai law firms’ overall revenue grew by 7.12 percent last year, with four firms earning over RMB1 billion and 51 earning over RMB100 million.
