海问律师事务所近日迎来范云鹏律师以国际合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室，以及邹一格律师、邱晨盛律师作为合伙人加入其上海办公室。

范律师曾在2009-2010年执业于海问。此次回归之前，范律师曾执业于美国达维律师事务所、美国谢尔曼•思特灵律师事务所。他专注于兼并收购、私募股权投资领域，曾代表私募股权基金、国有企业、民营企业、跨国公司和主权基金，就复杂的跨境并购、证券发行和合规监管事宜提供法律服务。范律师具有中国法律职业资格和美国纽约州律师资格。

邹律师主要执业领域包括兼并收购、私募股权融资。在加盟海问前，邹律师曾执业于方达律师事务所。邹律师曾为多个美元基金和人民币基金的投资和收购提供法律服务，并为消费、娱乐、互联网、教育等行业的企业就股权及债权融资、重组拆分等提供法律意见。

邱律师主要从事资本市场、私募股权融资及一般公司业务。此前，他曾执业于方达律师事务所。邱律师曾参与多起红筹企业境内上市项目，以及多个企业的重组、境内外上市及再融资、私有化项目，涉及半导体、生物医药、人工智能、互联网等领域。

这是海问继今年5月迎来合伙人包涵律师后的又一批招聘。

Haiwen bolsters private equity practice by adding three partners in Beijing and Shanghai

Haiwen & Partners has hired Fan Yunpeng as an international partner in its Beijing office, with Zou Yige and Qiu Chensheng as partners in its Shanghai office.

Fan worked in Haiwen from 2009 to 2020. Before returning to Haiwen, Fan has practiced in Davis Polk & Wardwell and Shearman & Sterling. He focuses on M&A and private equity, and has advised private equity funds, state-owned enterprises, private companies, and multinational corporations on cross-border M&A, securities issuance and compliance. 

Zou’s practice includes M&A and private equity. Prior to joining Haiwen, Zou practiced at Fangda Partners. She has advised a few dollar funds and RMB funds on M&A and investment projects. Zou has also advised companies on equity and debt finance, and restructuring, involving industries like consumer, entertainment, Internet, and education.

Qiu is also a Fangda alumni, who focuses on capital market, private equity and corporate. Qiu has advised a few red-chip companies on IPO, and various enterprises on restructuring, domestic and foreign IPO, privatization, involving industries like semiconductor, bio-pharmaceutical, artificial intelligence, and Internet.

This is Haiwen’s new batch of hirings since adding partner Bao Han in May.
