诺顿罗氏律师事务所近日迎来公司业务律师王有蘋、银行及融资业务律师沈振光以合伙人身份加盟其香港办公室。此前，两位律师均执业于伟凯律师事务所。

王律师专注于私募股权及并购领域，为各类财务投资者、金融机构和企业客户提供专业法律服务。加盟诺顿罗氏之前，王律师曾在伟凯律师事务所、年利达律师事务所担任合伙人。

沈律师加盟诺顿罗氏前曾在伟凯担任顾问，并曾执业于金杜律师事务所、高伟绅律师事务所和安理国际律师事务所。沈律师熟悉杠杆融资、结构性融资和房地产融资交易，曾为香港及中国内地的金融机构及企业提供法律意见。

王律师和沈律师加盟后，诺顿罗氏香港办公室共有20位合伙人。

NRF expands Hong Kong team by adding corporate and banking partners

Norton Rose Fulbright has hired corporate lawyer Peggy Wang and banking lawyer Victor Sim as partners in its Hong Kong office from White & Case, where Wang was a partner and Sim was a counsel.

Wang’s practice focuses on private equity and M&A. She specializes in advising financial investors, financial institutes and corporate clients. Wang had also practiced in Linklaters as a partner.

Sim has expertise in leverage financing, structural financing, and real-estate financing. He has advised financial institutes and corporates in Hong Kong SAR and China. In addition to White & Case, Sim had also practiced in King & Wood Mallesons and Allen & Overy.

Psyche Tai, partner and head of Norton Rose Fulbright’s Hong Kong office, commented in the firm’s press release: “Peggy brings with her extensive experience in private equity and M&A and she will be a significant addition to our firm and clients. Our financial institutions and corporate clients will benefit from Victor’s deep experience on cross-border financings, including complex structured finance matters.”

NRF’s Hong Kong office now has 20 partners following the joining of Wang and Sim.
