据财经媒体，由网易拆分的网易云音乐已通过港交所上市聆讯，预期募资约10亿美元。君合律师事务所、世达国际律师事务所担任发行人律师；竞天公诚律师事务所、富而德律师事务所则为联席保荐人提供法律意见。

网易云音乐于2013年正式推出，主要提供在线音乐、直播、社交娱乐以及其他服务。若此次赴港上市成功，网易云音乐将成为全球音乐社区第一股。

迈普达律师事务所担任发行人离岸律师。该IPO项目联席保荐人为美银证券、中金公司、瑞信。

Skadden and Freshies leading on Chinese music streaming operator’s planned HK IPO

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and JunHe are advising Cloud Village, a Chinese music streaming operator subsidiary to NetEase, on its planned IPO in Hong Kong, with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Jingtian & Gongcheng advising the joint sponsors.

Officially launched in 2013, Cloud Village provides services like online music streaming, live streaming, and social network. If successfully listed, the company will become the first music community stock in the world.

Maples and Calder is the issuer’s offshore lawyer. The joint sponsors are BofA Securities, CICC, Credit Suisse.
