天达共和律师事务所杭州办公室近日迎来高露超、洪瀚、马超三位争议解决律师以合伙人身份加盟。

高律师此前在中伦律师事务所担任律师，并曾在2019至2020年执业于天达共和。他的执业领域包括不动产与建设工程、争议解决、合规业务，曾处理大量重大复杂的民商事案件，并为多家建设工程、房地产上市公司提供法律意见。

洪律师执业领域包括刑事法律事务、政府法律事务、争议解决。他在上述领域具备丰富经验，曾办理数百件刑事案件，并参与数百件行政案件审核及行政复议。

马律师加盟天达共和前曾执业于浙江金道律师事务所。他的执业领域为公司与并购、基础设施及项目融资、争议解决，曾主办数十家大、中型企业的投资并购、债券发行和新三板挂牌等项目。

天达共和杭州办公室成立于2016年11月。三位合伙人加盟后，该所杭州办公室共有17位合伙人。

East & Concord strengthens Hangzhou arm by hiring disputes resolution trio

East & Concord has recently hired Gao Luchao, Hong Han and Ma Chao, a disputes resolution trio, as partners in its Hangzhou office.

Gao joined from Zhong Lun Law Firm. He is also an East & Concord alumni who practiced at the firm from 2019 to 2020. Gao’s practice areas include real estate and construction, disputes resolution, and compliance. He has participated in many complex civil and commercial cases and advised a number of listed construction and real estate companies.

Hong’s practice areas include criminal legal affairs, government legal affairs, and disputes resolution. With extensive experience he has dealt with hundreds of criminal and administrative cases.

Ma practiced at Zhejiang Brighteous Law Firm before joining East & Concord. His practice focuses on corporate and M&A, infrastructure and project finance, and disputes resolution. He has advised a number of large and medium sized enterprises on investment, M&A, issuance of bonds, and listing on New OTC Market.

East & Concord’s Hangzhou office was established in 2016 and now has 17 partners following this batch of hire.
