总部位于伦敦的鸿鹄律师事务所近日迎来科技、媒体与电信（TMT）领域公司法专家龚钰律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室公司法团队。此前，龚律师执业于史密夫斐尔。

龚律师在跨境并购、一般公司事项、外商直接投资，以及商事、监管和合规领域经验丰富，曾为为来自多个行业的客户提供法律服务，尤其擅长处理科技、媒体、电信、网络安全和数据保护领域事项。

鸿鹄在一份新闻稿中表示，龚律师将与该所国际数据保护业务组合作，为客户就网络安全和数据保护提供合规服务。

Bird & Bird strengthens Beijing arm with corporate partner

London-headquartered firm Bird & Bird has hired corporate lawyer James Gong as a partner in its Beijing office’s corporate law team from Herbert Smith Freehills, where he was an of counsel.

Gong has experience advising on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and foreign direct investments as well as commercial, regulatory and compliance issues. He has served clients from various industries, involving technology, media, telecommunication, cybersecurity, and data protection.

The firm said in a press release that Gong will also cooperate with the firm’s international data protection team to provide compliance services to clients.
