总部位于北京的己任律师事务所近日迎来公司法业务领域专家才卓律师、秦佳骏律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。此前，两位律师均在上海元达律师事务所担任合伙人。

才律师主要执业领域包括私募股权与风险投资、银行与金融、证券与资本市场、公司与并购、合规与风控、私人客户与家族办公室等法律服务。她曾担任多家国内外私募股权和风险投资机构、金融机构的法律顾问，并曾参与过众多重大股权或资产收购项目。

秦律师主要执业领域包括并购、风险投资、企业合规、反不正当竞争、劳动与雇用以及外国直接投资等。她曾担任多家中国和跨国公司的常年法律顾问，涉及医疗卫生、制药、医疗器械、化学和生化品加工、汽车及汽车配件制造、电信和物流、食品和农业及工程等行业。

这是己任继今年4月迎来环境能源业务合伙人曹彩丹后的最新一批合伙人级别招聘。

GEN adds two corporate partners in Shanghai

The Beijing-headquartered GEN Law Firm has recently hired corporate experts Jacqueline Cai and Molly Qin as partners in its Shanghai office. They used to be partners at Yuanda China Law Offices.

Cai’s main practice areas include corporate and transaction, private equity transactions, emerging growth and venture, capital, finance, private client, and regulatory compliance. She has advised a number of domestic and foreign private equity and venture capital institutes and finance institutes, and has participated in many equity or asset M&A projects.

Qin focuses on M&A, emerging growth & venture capital, labour and employment, and Asia competition and regulatory. She has advised many China domestic and multinational enterprises, involving industries like healthcare, life sciences, chemical and bio-chemical manufacturing, technology, automotive, telecommunications and logistics, food and agribusiness, mechanical devices, and engineering.

This is GEN’s latest batch of partner-level hire since the addition of environment and energy partner Cao Caidan in April.
