总部位于伦敦的霍金路伟律师事务所近期迎来丁林林律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室调查、白领犯罪及欺诈团队。此前,丁律师曾在美国GT律师事务所担任合伙人。
丁律师在国际反腐败调查、跨境诉讼和电子取证,以及中国反垄断、反贿赂法下的企业合规方面具有超过十年经验,曾为高科技、制造业、电子商务、汽车及医药等行业的客户提供法律意见。
霍金路伟调查、白领犯罪及欺诈团队负责人Stephanie Yonekura律师表示:“美国政府及司法部预计将更加活跃地参与到亚太地区的调查案件中,丁律师的经验将对我们的客户大有裨益。”
Hogan Lovells adds investigations partner in Shanghai
The London-headquartered Hogan Lovells has hired Calvin Ding as a partner in its investigations, white-collar and fraud practice based in its Shanghai office from Greenberg Traurig.
Ding has more than a decade of experience in international anti-corruption advisory and investigations, cross-border litigation and e-discovery, as well as compliance with Chinese anti-trust, anti-bribery, and privacy laws. He has advised Chinese companies and individuals in industries like technology, manufacturing, e-commerce, automotive and pharmaceuticals.
Stephanie Yonekura, who heads up the firm’s Investigations, White Collar and Fraud practice, said in a press release: “Our clients will appreciate Calvin’s connections to the U.S. as the DOJ and the U.S. Government expect to be more active in APAC-based investigations.”
