方达律师事务所近日迎来知识产权专家孙牧然律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。此前，孙律师在汉坤律师事务所担任合伙人，并曾在方达律师事务所执业。

孙律师的业务领域专注于知识产权诉讼，特别是在通信标准必要专利许可争议领域拥有丰富的诉讼经验，她代理的案件几乎涉及了全球范围内所有的主要通信标准必要专利权人。执业近十年来，她为国内外客户处理了大量争议解决案件，包括专利侵权、反垄断诉讼、FRAND（公平合理及无歧视原则）诉讼、商业秘密诉讼等。孙律师在专利许可谈判方面也拥有丰富的实践经验，为众多企业提供标准必要专利许可策略的支持。
这是方达继今年8月迎来赵炎律师之后的最新一起合伙人级别招聘。

Fangda adds IP partner in Shanghai 

Fangda Partners has recently hired Sun Muran, an intellectual property expert, in its Shanghai office from Han Kun Law Offices, where Sun was a partner. Prior to Han Kun, Sun had practiced at Fangda for several years.

With years’ experience in disputes resolution involving licensing of telecommunication standard essential patents (SEPs), Sun focuses on IP litigation and her cases have involved almost all major owners of telecommunication SEPs. Sun has also represented many domestic and foreign clients in litigation cases like patent infringement, anti-trust, FRAND and business secrets. Additionally, Sun also has experience in patent licensing negotiations, advising a number of enterprises on SEP licensing strategies.

This is Fangda’s latest partner-level hire since adding Zhao Yan in August.
