中联律师事务所近日在上海正式官宣成立，将成为国内首家以联盟方式经营的“N+1”模式律所。

中联律师事务所由前中世律所联盟（SGLA）部分国内成员共同发起设立。中世律所联盟成立于2007年，曾是中国最大的跨国律所联盟，截止2020年共有25家国内成员所。不久前，中世联盟宣布将从10月底停止履行联盟协议。

未来新中联律师事务所将由韩德云律师担任全国管理委员会主席、周波律师担任全国执行委员会主任。目前，中联在全国11地设有办公室，包括上海、重庆、广州、贵阳、成都、天津、昆明、南昌、大连、郑州等，拥有执业律师1000余人。

据悉，该“N+1”模式下，“N”指中联地区办公室，“1”则指各地区办公室，共同打造“中联律师事务所”这一全国性品牌，“赋予各地区办公室充分的自主管理权，并最大限度地针对区域差异化情形，提高中联在各区域市场的整体竞争力”。

SGLA becomes the first N+1 alliance-based law firm in China

SGLA Law Firm has been officially established in Shanghai recently, which becomes the first “N+1” law firm operating on an alliance basis.

SGLA Law Firm is co-founded by part of the members of Sino-Global Legal Alliance, which was established in 2007 and reached 25 domestic law firm members by 2020, making it once the largest multinational law firm alliance based in China. However, by the end of October, the alliance will officially be dissolved.

Han Deyun will serve as the chair of SGLA Law Firm’s national management committee, with Zhou Bo acting as the director of national executive committee. SGLA Law Firm now has over 1,000 lawyers in offices across 11 cities in China, including Shanghai, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Guiyang, Chengdu, Tianjin, Kunming, Nanchang, Dalian, and Zhengzhou.

According to the firm, in the “N+1” mode, N means all the offices located in different cities and 1 means they are all under and maintaining the same brand, and “all offices will be empowered with independent management right to localize to the maximum so that SGLA Law Firm’s competence in all regions will be strengthened.”
