沈律师的主要执业领域为争议解决、政府监管与合规、投融资并购。她擅长公司、证券、金融领域的民商事诉讼和仲裁业务，兼具金融证券类刑事诉讼和行政处罚经验，曾为数家上市公司、金融机构、投资机构等企业提供法律服务。

这是植德上海办公室继今年7月迎来陈文昊律师后的最新一起合伙人级别招聘。

Merits & Tree has hired Shen Chun, an expert in disputes resolution and corporate compliance, as a partner in its Shanghai office.

Shen focuses on disputes resolution, government regulation and compliance, investment and finance, and M&A. With experience in civil, criminal, and commercial litigation and arbitration in corporate, securities and finance, she has advised a range of organizations including listed companies, financial institutions, and investment institutions.

This is Merits & Tree’s latest partner-level hire since adding Chen Wenhao in July.
