罗夏信律师事务所近日迎来私人财富业务律师康唯以合伙人身份加盟其香港办公室。此前，康律师执业于欧华律师事务所。

康律师专注于为客户提供国际遗产和资产保护规划、私人财富架构的加拿大税务和企业层面影响以及搭建家族治理结构相关的法律服务。她在各类跨境交易方面拥有丰富的经验，包括私人公司的并购、企业重组以及信托规划相关的交易。

康律师加盟后，罗夏信香港办公室共有24位合伙人。

SH nabs private wealth expert from DLA

Stephenson Harwood has boosted its international private wealth offering with the hire of Wei Kang as a partner in Hong Kong from DLA Piper, where she was an of counsel.

Kang’s hire comes after the firm’s Hong Kong office lost private wealth partners Ian Devereux and Silvia On to Charles Russell Speechlys, earlier this year.

Kang advises clients on international estate and asset protection planning, the Canadian tax and corporate aspects of private wealth structures, and the development of family governance structures.

Following the hire of Kang, Stephenson Harwood now has 24 partners in Hong Kong.
