欧华律师事务所近日迎来资本市场律师吴卓人以合伙人身份加盟其香港办公室。此前，吴律师在史密夫斐尔律师事务所担任顾问。

吴律师提供公司和证券交易方面的法律服务，包括首次公开募股、债券发行、私募股权、并购以及合规事宜。他在就香港和美国资本市场的首次公开募股和后续发行以及就债券发行交易（包括投资级和高收益债券、可转换和可交换债券以及中期票据计划等）拥有丰富的法律服务经验。

吴律师加盟后，欧华香港办公室共有26位合伙人。

DLA nabs cap markets specialist from HSF in HK

DLA Piper had hired capital markets lawyer George Wu as a partner in Hong Kong from Herbert Smith Freehills, where he was an of counsel.

Wu is DLA’s second partner hire in Hong Kong a matter of weeks. The firm recently welcomed IP and fintech expert Kristi Swartz, a former managing partner of the Hong Kong office of the legacy Bryan Cave.

Prior to spending a decade at Herbert Smith Freehills, Wu was with U.S. firm Pryor Cashman in New York, and with Baker McKenzie in Shanghai. He advises on corporate and securities transactions including IPOs, debt offerings, private equity, M&A and compliance matters.

Following Wu’s hire, DLA Piper has 26 partners in its Hong Kong office.
