资本市场业务是律师众多执业领域中重要的一部分，资本市场律师凭借其对资本市场业务的深刻理解，对相关法律技能的熟练运用，以及强大的项目协作能力，协助客户顺利完成交易。ALB希望通过此评选呈现出市场上顶尖的资本市场律师，他们拥有扎实的专业能力、亮眼的资本市场业绩、丰富的项目经验，以及创造性的法律服务解决方案。
每一个律师事务所最多能提名2位满足条件的资本市场律师，请律所内部协商之后用一名联系人沟通提交报名表。被提名的资本市场律师需要在过去的12个月内常驻中国大陆从事资本市场相关法律服务，中外律师不限。
评选方法：
我们将参考以下几个方面：
1）股票市场和债券市场的代表性交易；
2）过去12个月参与的股票市场和/或债券市场重大交易 ；
3）候选人的主要客户 ；
4）候选人所获得的奖项；
5）客户评价
最终当选的15位资本市场律师名单将刊登在2022年3月《亚洲法律杂志》中国版。

We are now accepting submissions for 2022 ALB China Top 15 Capital Markets Lawyers.
Capital markets has perhaps always been one of the fundamental practices for the legal profession. With their deep understanding of the transaction and the skillful use of relevant legal skills, capital markets lawyers help clients successfully complete capital markets deals. This ranking will showcase the top capital markets lawyers in the market who have solid foundation of knowledge and rich experience on projects as well as strong business acumen and creative solutions.
One firm can nominate at most TWO lawyers who had outstanding achievement in the capital markets deals, candidates can be of any nationality, but need to be based in mainland China during the past 12 months.
Methodology:
The list will be chosen on the basis of a combination of the following: 1) significant equity and/or debt deals; 2) important equity and/or debt deals in the past 12 months; 3) clients the candidate has acted for; 4)significant accolades the candidate has received for work in the form of public recognition, awards etc; 5) client feedback.
The list of top 15 capital markets lawyers in China will be published in ALB China’s March 2022 issue.
