近日，北京德恒（青岛）律师事务所正式开业，成为德恒在中国境内的第38家分支机构。

德恒青岛办公室主要涵盖了金融保险、刑事、公司证券与并购、知识产权、建设工程与房地产、企业拯救与破产、税法、跨境投融资、劳动与社会保障等多个领域，主要客户群体为大型国有企业、上市公司、政府机关、企事业单位。

目前，德恒青岛办公室共有14位合伙人，由郝天生律师担任执行主任。

DeHeng opens office in Qingdao

DeHeng Law Office’s has recently opened its Qingdao office, which is the firm’s 38th domestic branch in China.

The Qingdao office provides a range of legal services covering finance and insurance, criminal law, corporate securities and M&A, intellectual property rights, construction engineering and real estate, enterprise bankruptcy, tax law, cross-border investment and finance, labor and social security, targeting client groups such as large state-owned enterprises, listed companies, government authorities and departments.

DeHeng’s Qingdao office now has 14 partners. Hao Tiansheng will act as the executive director.
