总部位于英国的国际律所卫达仕律师事务所近日迎来资产融资专家Paul Jebely以高级合伙人身份加盟其香港办公室，并领导该所新设立的全球资产融资业务。Paul Jebely此前在总部位于美国的国际律所Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman担任香港办公室管理合伙人、该所私人财富和资产融资业务联席主席。

Paul Jebely主要为高净值人士及其全球范围内的企业提供法律服务。在过去15年里，他在总价值超过20亿美元的多起交易中担任法律顾问，并处理过多个重组与争议项目。Paul Jebely在包括商用航空在内的领域里拥有广泛声誉。

Withers launches new global asset finance practice with addition of senior partner in Hong Kong

The UK-based international law firm Withers has recently hired asset finance expert Paul Jebely as a senior partner in its Hong Kong office and head of its newly-launched global asset finance practice. Jebely joins Withers from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, where he was managing partner of the Hong Kong office and co-chair of the firm's private wealth and asset finance practices.

Paul primarily represents ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their business enterprises around the world. He has served as counsel on more than $20 billion in transactions over the last 15 years and has handled various restructuring and contentious matters. Jebely is particularly familiar with the field of commercial aviation.
