世泽律师事务所近日迎来刘辉、张望两位律师以合伙人身份分别加盟其上海、北京办公室。

刘律师此前在德恒上海律师事务所担任合伙人，并曾执业于锦天城律师事务所、方达律师事务所、环球律师事务所。刘律师的主要执业领域包括外商直接投资、公司治理与合规、争议解决等。她专注于生命科学与医疗健康产业，并为化工、生产制造、零售等行业的客户提供法律服务。

张律师加入世泽前曾在普华永道和大成的北京办公室工作。他的主要业务领域包括跨境及境内投资、并购、重组及商事诉讼等。他曾代表多家知名跨国公司在华投资，涉及汽车、能源/化工、制造、高科技以及农业、教育等多个行业。

这是世泽继2021年7月迎来杨颖律师后的最新一批合伙人级别引入。

Broad & Bright adds life science and cross-border investment experts in Shanghai and Beijing

Broad & Bright has recently hired Liu Hui and Zhang Wang as partners in its Shanghai and Beijing offices, respectively.

Prior to joining Broad & Bright, Liu was a partner at DeHeng Law Offices’ Shanghai office, and she had also practiced at AllBright Law Offices, Fangda Partners, and Global Law Office. Liu has expertise in foreign direct investment, corporate governance and compliance, and dispute resolution. With a focus on life science and healthcare, she also serves clients in chemical, manufacturing, and retailing industries.

Zhang practiced at PwC and Dentons China’s Beijing office before joining Broad & Bright. His practice areas include cross-border and domestic investment, M&A, restructuring, and commercial litigation. He has represented a number of multinational enterprises in investment in China, involving industries like automobile, energy/chemical, manufacturing, high-tech, agriculture, and education. 

This is the firm’s latest batch of partner-level hire since adding Yang Ying in July 2021.
