君合律师事务所近日迎来并购重组业务专家葛向阳律师加盟其北京办公室。此前，葛律师曾在勤理律师事务所担任国际合伙人。他还曾先后执业于贝克·麦坚时律师事务所、美国温斯顿律师事务所、孖士打律师事务所。

葛律师具有超过30年的执业经验，专注于跨境和境内并购、重组、合资以及其他各类商业交易，涉及金融、石油天然气、矿产资源、食品、新能源、制造业和休闲产业等多个行业。他曾参与中国石油等大型国有企业的境外首次公开发售和增发，投融资及境外资产收购等项目，以及西气东输等大型基础设施项目的对外合作项目。

JunHe adds M&A and restructuring veteran in Beijing

JunHe has hired Ge Xiangyang, an expert in M&A and restructuring, in its Beijing office from Qinli Legal, where he was a partner. Ge had also practiced at Baker & McKenzie, Winston & Strawn, and Mayer Brown.

With more than 30 years of experience, Ge focuses on cross-border and domestic M&A, restructuring, joint venture, and other commercial transactions, involving industries like FSI, oil and gas, mineral resources, food, new energy, manufacturing, and leisure. He has advised large state-owned enterprises on overseas financing and has participated in various overseas IPOs and follow-on placements, investment and finance, and overseas acquisition projects by large state-owned enterprises such as PetroChina. Ge has also participated in international cooperation on large infrastructure projects such as the West-to-East Pipeline.
