陈律师是熟悉金融与法律的复合型专家，擅长跨境投融资、财富管理、国际贸易等涉外金融及法律业务。她也在银行不良资产处置、并购重组、私募股权投资及资本市场业务等方面积累了丰富的法律与金融实战经验，善于协助客户处理疑难复杂交易及纠纷。

沈律师具有自动化及通讯工程师执业背景，在网络信息安全、跨境数据合规等领域拥有丰富的实务经验。他曾负责管理包括欧洲、东南亚、北美及大洋洲等多个司法区域的企业法务及合规事务，并主导了多起国际网络安全、数据合规、TMT及高新科技领域并购投资，以及监管合规调查与争议案件。

P&Z adds two banking & finance and data compliance partners

P.C.Woo & Zhonglun W.D. has hired banking and finance expert Chen Jun and data compliance expert T.J. Shen as senior partners. Prior to joining P&Z, Chen was the branch manager of the Bank of East Asia Zhongshan Branch and served as senior manager for China Construction Bank, Industrial Bank and other domestic and foreign-funded financial institutions. Shen was general counsel and chief compliance officer at Country Garden and Joyy, respectively.

Chen is a expert familiar with both finance and legal, specializing in cross-border investment and financing, wealth management, international trade and other foreign financial and legal affairs. She also has extensive experience in the disposal of non-performing assets, M&As, private equity investment, and capital markets, and is good at assisting clients to deal with complex transactions and disputes.

With qualification on automation and communication engineering, Shen has extensive experience in areas such as cybersecurity and cross-border data compliance. He has managed legal and compliance affairs of jurisdictions including Europe, Southeast Asia, North America, and Oceania. He has led multiple cross-border M&A and investment projects, as well as overseas regulatory compliance investigations and disputes, involving global cybersecurity, data compliance, TMT, and high-tech.
