中银律师事务所近日迎来房地产律师庄京以合伙人身份加盟其北京总所。此前，庄律师曾执业于中伦律师事务所。

庄律师执业领域包括房地产、建筑工程与基础设施、投资与并购、公司综合类业务、诉讼与仲裁。他曾为政府机关以及多家高校、大型国企、房地产企业、金融机构、互联网企业等就并购、投资、建设及争议解决等提供法律服务，包括国家自然资源部、北京市规划和自然资源委员会、北京城市副中心投资建设集团有限公司、中国人寿、中国人保集团、中国建筑科学研究院、北京大学、百度公司、迅雷公司、凯悦集团、中粮地产、信达地产、华夏幸福、西南能矿、越秀集团、华贸中心（SKP）、瓜子二手车等。

这是中银今年的第一起合伙人级别引入。

Zhong Yin adds real-estate partner in Beijing

Zhong Yin Law Firm has hired Zhuang Jing, an expert in real-estate, as a partner in its Beijing headquarter from Zhong Lun Law Firm.

Zhuang’s practice areas include real-estate, construction and infrastructure, investment and M&A, corporate, litigation, and arbitration. He has provided legal services on M&As, investment, construction, and dispute resolution for government agencies and a number of universities, large state-owned enterprises, well-known real estate enterprises, financial institutions, and Internet enterprises, such as Ministry of Natural Resources, Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources, Beijing Municipal Sub-center Investment and Construction Group, China Life Insurance, PICC, China Academy of Building Research, Peking University, Baidu, Xunlei, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, COFCO Property, Cinda Real Estate, China Fortune Land Development, Southwest Energy & Mineral, Yuexiu Enterprises, SKP, and Guazi.com.

This is Zhong Yin’s first partner-level hire in 2022.
